    Antique Minton Hollins Tile, "Rosalind & Orlando" from Shakspeare's "As You Like It"
    Offered is this antique English tile by Minton, Hollins, & Co. The name of the maker is on the back as well as "Patent Tile Works" and "Stoke on Trent." The tile features Rosolind and Orlando, the principal characters of Shakespeare's "As You Like It." There are a couple of nicks on the front and a chip off the back lower left corner. The tile is 6 inches square. It dates to the middle of the nineteenth century.
