This wonderful tile was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.
It features a bearded man in a head dress within a circle with floral designs at the corners.
The glossy brown glaze is crackled.
It is marked Kensington on the back.
Measurements are just over 6 inches square.
Overall they are in good

ndition. The
y have light wear on the high spots and light scratches. They will need to be cleaned. Please look at the pictures carefully.

I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.

My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
