    A scarce example of a non-excavated 2 piece Civil War Confederate State of Louisiana
    LOCAL
    State Seal button.   Albert# LA-8-TYPE.   Backmark is blank with a shallow channel.   Always tough to find local Confederate buttons in really nice condition.  Much of the original gilded finish remains.    Button measures 21.72mm.  See photos for condition details.
