    1 piece Civil War Confederate State of North Carolina starburst button.   Albert# NC-15-A.  There is no backmark as expected.   Very rare to find these excavated North Carolina Starburst buttons
    with a shank
    .  Copper button has a rich patina.    Button measures 22.82mm.  See photos for condition details.
