It takes 3 tokens to load, then the left black knob is shifted sideways to activate the wheel spins, then each of the three wheels is stopped by its own button directly below each wheel.
It pays out tokens from the hopper inside when the wheels hit on winning combinations.   The machine is on the louder fun side and the lights flash bright through random sequences.
Yes, it is in proper working order.  We are selling it as is, where is.   The dimensions are approximately 32" tall, 18" wide and 18" deep.  Weight is approximate - 50 lbs.
