PERFECT Vintage Imperial "CAPE COD" Flared 11 Inch Salad/Fruit Bowl!

Description

Up for sale is an absolutely perfect vintage crystal large flared bowl in the “Cape Cod” pattern by Imperial Glass!  Imperial started making the Cape Cod pattern in 1932, and it’s one of their most collectible patterns.  The diamond pointed designs and the shapes in the glass really catch and reflect the light beautifully!  This large bowl is nice and shiny bright – no stains, utensil scratches, oxidation, or other marks whatsoever, and there are no chips, cracks, flakes fleabites or other damage.  It measures 11 inches in diameter across the nicely flared top, and it stands 4 inches high.  It stands on a polished ground rim, and there's a starburst in the bottom for extra glitter!  It's absolutely guaranteed to be vintage – not reproduction or new glass.  Photos of the Cape Cod pattern can be found in Coe's "Elegant Glass - Early, Depression & Beyond", or in Gene Florence’s “Elegant Glassware of the Depression Era”.  I have other pieces of the Cape Cod pattern for sale in other auctions, so be sure to take a look!  The winner will pay shipping.  Shipping will be combined for the buyer of more than one item whenever practical.  Shipping is normally within 24 hours after receipt of PayPal payment (if other payment options are desired, please don’t hesitate to inquire).
