  • Condition: Very nice solid knife, both stamps very readable , sheath original with Kabar etching readable and Kabar and Union Cutlery snap in great shape. These snaps are very rare with both names on them. Sheath is a little worn, but very functional. Knife has been used and sharpened with a very small blood groove. Handle in great shape with a stag pommel and a 3/8' brass nut

    Description

    Kabar and Union Cutlery Co made some of the most amazing knives. This is one!!! The egg colored handled is something rare in its own world. Put a Stag pommel on it and wow, you have something special. Kabar and Union got together for alot of these shorty knives. Boy Scouts were a big hit, but I believe they were targeting the youth of America then. I have several of the shorty BSA knives with sheaths and also some rare jigged bone shortys. They resemble the Remingtons and also Marbles had a shorty knife. Coming soon.
