    Description

    Very rare Schrade 49er USA 498 fixed blade knife with stacked leather handle. Comes with original leather sheath. 9.25" overall with a 5" blade. From the Schrade Bench Made Collection. This knife was made to commemorate the 1849 California gold rush. Brass end cap and guard feature hammered gold nugget look, with benchmark on the end cap. Made in the 1970s. This knife is in excellent used condition with some light scratches on the blade from sharpening. The stacked leather handle is in great condition. Sheath is also in very good condition for the age.
