Some are new, some are not. There are no batteries included. I removed all of them from the boxes to ensure they worked. Please read the list:
1. 1987 Toy Truck Bank- has been displayed- no inserts, barrels are included, excellent working condition.
2. 1988 Toy Truck and Racer- has been displayed- no inserts, excellent working condition.
3. 1990 Toy Tanker Truck- had been displayed- inserts included, excellent working condition.
4. 1991 Toy Truck and Racer- has been displayed- bottom insert included, excellent working condition.
5. 1992 18 Wheeler and Racer -never displayed, inserts included, excellent working condition. The corner of the box has a tear.
6. 1993 Patrol Car - has been displayed- bottom insert included, excellent working condition.
7. 1993 Patrol Car- never displayed- inserts included, excellent working condition. The box has a water spot.
8. 1994 Rescue Truck- never displayed- inserts and coupon included, excellent working condition.
9. 1994 Rescue Truck- has been displayed- inserts and coupon included, excellent working condition. The box has a pen mark on the end flap.
10. 1995 Toy Truck And Helicopter- never been displayed, inserts included, excellent working condition. The box has a wrinkle in one end flap.
11. 1995 Toy Truck and Helicopter- never been displayed, inserts included, excellent working condition.
12. 1996 Emergency Truck- has been displayed- inserts included, excellent working condition. The box got wet on one end flap.
13. 1998 Recreation Van w/ Dune Buggy & Motorcycle- never been displayed- inserts included, excellent working condition.
14. 1999 Toy Truck & Space Shuttle w/ Satellite- never been displayed- inserts included, excellent working condition.
15. 2013 Toy Truck & Tractor- never been displayed, all inserts I included, excellent working condition.
